Your order will be shipped through Canada Post or Loomis DHL; the shipping time estimate is: 1-4 business days within Canada. Special shipping arrangements such as common carrier, consignee shipping, UPS, Fedex, Purolator, Greyhound Next Day can be accommodated at the customer's request.

Return Policy
1. Customer must contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number in order to return product(s).
2. A copy of the original invoice (or packing slip) and return authorization form must be enclosed in the return package(s).
3. Customer must prepaid and insure the shipment.
4. Restocking charge may apply.
